- Work on a team of tower climbers tower technician who perform improvements and repairs on cellular equipment mounted on different elevated structures, such as beam towers, truss towers, water towers, monopolies and roofs.

You have:
- Tower climbing experience during problem solving, exchanges of antennas and radio frequencies, inheritance of coaxial cables for fiber updates, site updates, reading of customer plans and capacity extensions.
- The ability to work in a stimulating and stressful environment with flexibility and calm.
- The will to learn and maintain the specifics of the physical and mechanical installation.
- Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills while working as an excellent teammate.
- Knowledge of industry test equipment, network principles, Ethernet standards, power systems and cable testing.
